These Terms & Conditions apply to all interactions between you and ernaehrenswert LLC, including purchases, bookings, and use of digital or physical products, whether through our website, email, phone, messenger, or social media.

We address you directly as "you" or "your." These terms are binding for all individuals who use our website or enter into a contractual agreement with us.

To access some services, registration is required. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date information. Your login credentials are personal and must be kept confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts at our discretion.

When you book a service or purchase a product, you submit a binding offer. The contract becomes effective once we confirm your order via email or website. Confirmation emails sent to incorrect addresses are still considered legally valid.

We offer:

• Digital products: PDFs, audio files, videos, online courses

• Physical products & experiences: workshops, books, events, retreats

Sharing digital content or access credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. You receive usage rights for personal use only.

Access to online content is generally available as long as your payment plan is active. Extended access is a bonus and not guaranteed.

We offer secure payment via credit card, instant transfer, and PayPal. For installment plans, full payment of the agreed total is required, regardless of the payment schedule. Access to services may be suspended in case of non-payment.

All bank fees are your responsibility. Services will only be delivered after full payment is confirmed.

All decisions made based on our services are your own responsibility. We do not guarantee specific results or healing. Our offerings do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment. Participation is at your own risk.

We are not liable for property loss, delays, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.

Breathwork and embodiment sessions are not recommended for individuals with certain health conditions (e.g., pregnancy, heart conditions, epilepsy). You participate at your own risk.

All bookings are binding. No refunds are provided for digital products, workshops, or retreats. Cancellations or changes must be approved by us in writing.

Online Courses:

• Booking with an installment plan still requires full payment.

• Confirmation emails are binding, even if entered incorrectly.

1:1 Sessions:

• Sessions must be booked via our online shop.

• You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance free of charge.

• Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be charged in full.

Workshops, Retreats, Trainings:

• Up to 3 months before: cancellation fee = registration fee only

• 1–3 months before: 50% of total is due

• Less than 1 month: full amount is due

• Replacements can be submitted with full contact details

We reserve the right to cancel events at any time. In such cases, payments will be refunded in full.

Photos, videos, or audio recordings may be taken during our events and shared for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant permission to use this media. Personal recordings of events are not allowed.

All content on this website and in our offerings is protected by copyright and owned by ernaehrenswert LLC. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

The place of fulfillment and legal jurisdiction is Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published on our website.
