You are not just digesting your food,
but your whole life

Hey! That's me...

Through my own journey with digestive issues since childhood, I only realized in my early 30s that I needed to take my health into my own hands and take responsibility for it. I tried and experimented with many things, and over the years, I shifted my focus from nutritional science more and more toward holistic digestion and gut health. From personal experience, I know that physical symptoms are often the expression of suppressed emotions and will only sustainably disappear when those emotions are given space and are truly felt.

True health arises when both the body and mind are equally nourished and detoxified.

My youth was shaped by two extremes: competitive sports in the first half of my life, followed by a wild and excessive phase involving alcohol and drugs.

My external awakening began with the events surrounding 9/11 and deepened through 18 years of service in the police force, where I gained profound insight into the structures and conditioning of the “system.”

My inner transformation, however, began in my early 30s. After a personal crisis and a journey to India, I made the decision to follow my own truth. I started questioning inherited paradigms and stopped blindly accepting life as it had been handed to me.

At 36, I became a single mother. But living as a “part-time mom” while balancing police work, daycare schedules, and daily responsibilities no longer felt aligned or fulfilling.

So I made a radical decision: I left the security of my civil servant career, became a nutrition and health coach, and began exploring the world together with my child.

For seven years, this path felt deeply right. Until I once again reached a point of inner and professional stagnation. The feeling that there had to be something more — combined with a renewed commitment to deeper inner work — ultimately led me onto the path I now fully walk and embody today.
